International Shipping & Import Responsibility
International shipping may involve customs inspections, import restrictions, or regulatory changes that are outside of our control. Certain products, including kava, may be restricted or prohibited in some countries, and regulations can change without notice.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products are legal to import into their destination country. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, seized, refused, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local regulations.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs actions, regulatory changes, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Order Tracking

Correct Address Required
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
